Healing Your Core Private Session
This technique combines elements of yoga, breathing, fitness, and other holistic therapeutic modalities for better functional core strength, womb connection, and overall pelvic health. One's relationship to their gut, core, root, and womb are restored and brought back to health through movement, meditations, and insights into the nature of our root center. This is a beneficial private class for women wanting tools to heal themselves. Helping common core conditions such as diastasis recti, pelvic floor prolapse, fertility concerns, low back pain, menstrual discomfort, postpartum recovery, prenatal support, core weakness, belly tension, or any unique challenge that you might be facing and needing support in healing.
Privates are 90 minutes to include a verbal check-in and then a personal movement practice is guided. Once booked Tawny will email or call to schedule an appointment.
