These hour-long virtual or in-person doula consultations are opportunities where a birthing person can meet with a trained doula to get support. We can go over any topic that is of concern at the time. For example, things that can be explored could be: birth preparation, labor concerns, creating a birth plan, prenatal/postnatal yoga or movement recommendations, emotional support, creating a postpartum plan, and anything else that could arise before conception, during pregnancy and or postpartum.
