The Future is Female

I'm sitting on the train headed to Philadelphia to fly back home to CA today as I write this. My days spent in DC showed me that inspiring people of all generations, races and cities across the country are ready and saying YES to activism. The Women's March on D.C. drew 500,000 people, the largest protest in US history! 3 million worldwide on 6 continents, stood with us in solidarity on Jan 21, 2016 for woman's rights. We came together so powerfully and beautifully creating a venue to stand up together for what we value and are ready for. Many voiced concerns in D.C. about reproductive rights, climate change, LGBT rights, immigration, the new administrations goals..... There are unfortunately so many areas to address..... yet people are! There is both a lot of ugly in the world and government right now but there is also an abundance of love. I was in it this weekend. I felt the beauty of the people, I safely marched with hundreds of thousands, kind people, helpful, hopeful and also willing to take action. I'm moved deeply. Transformed. Sitting back and watching politics happen to us is no longer ok, the personal call to action has started, and strong friends in my generation are also ready. Emerging is the new woman and the new man that supports her.

An uprising of the feminine who desires to express her creativity, her voice and her power is here!

I marched with her and with men who supported her and with kids who are becoming her.

I'm excited to be alive during this time as a woman and I'm saying YES!

The speakers at the march in DC speak to her and the new us. Watch and listen and give your gifts to the world!!
