Hello,
Tawny Sterios, AMFT #155683 β California
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in California whose work sits at the intersection of body, mind, and spirit. Under the supervision of licensed therapists, I explore the wholeness of being human and guide clients in connecting with the wisdom of their bodies and minds.
For over 20 years, Iβve also taught yoga, led womenβs circles, movement classes, and retreatsβboth in the US and internationally. These offerings invite participants to reconnect with themselves, the earth, and the unseen. While my yoga, Qoya, and doula services are not regulated by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, they are rooted in presence, embodiment, and mindful engagement.
I currently offer:
Somatic and depth-oriented psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families
Yoga and Qoya movement classes (in-person and online)
Womenβs circles and guided retreats
Birth and postpartum doula support
My approach integrates mind-body awareness, trauma-informed care, creative expression, and ritual practices to support self-compassion, emotional resilience, and meaningful transformation.
